The Capitol City Opera Madrigal Singers are a costumed vocal ensemble that specializes in secular and sacred music spanning the centuries. Formed in 1994, the Madrigals are available for social and corporate parties, receptions, and other festive occasions.
In addition to performing at our highly popular, annual Boar's Head Feast each December at Petite Auberge, the Madrigals have performed in a variety of venues including concerts at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, Cathedral of St Philip, Metropolitan University, St James Episcopal Church, and Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.

Once the Boar's Head Feasts are scheduled, they sell out quickly, so don't wait too long to get your holiday reservations made! Reservations with the restaurant are required. The 2012-2-13 was the first season that Stephen Mitchell served as director of the Madrigal Singers. He was a member of the group for two years prior to that. For the past 12 years Stephen has served as Director of Music at Athens First United Methodist Church. He has also directed the Athens Choral Society, an 80-voice community chorus, for the past eight years. Stephen is a well-respected choral clinician, having recently conducted festivals in Colorado, North Carolina, Florida and Virginia.
